Abdul Elidrissi | Founding Partner / President

As the Executive Assistant for three years to the CEO of a Home Health Agency, I performed numerous duties between all three branches in the Washington DC area.  Some of these duties included overseeing payroll, human resources, and the marketing departments. I was responsible for participating in community activities, including health fairs, conventions, community education programs, etc.  I dealt with all aspects of the business obligations, such as Medicare renewals, private insurance rate negotiations, general liability, workers compensation, and ensured business compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards. My overall duties as a Founding Partner and President is to offer insight, guidance and support to my team ensuring our patients experience a positive and fulfilling recovery with our agency.

Sheinah Prudent, RN MSN | Founding Partner / Executive Director

I have a strong clinical background in Emergency Room and Intensive Care. I have worked in various ICU settings, Post-Acute Care and Electrophysiology Lab. As an instructor with American Heart Association I teach CPR and BLS courses on a regular basis. Upon completing my Master’s Degree in Nursing Education I began serving as an adjunct Clinical Instructor teaching, Associate Degree Nursing Students in the clinical setting and skills labs. After leaving the clinical setting I worked in Case Management doing Utilization Review and Discharge Planning. This is how I was introduced into Home Health. Over the past several years I have learned every aspect of providing Skilled Homecare which prepared me to open my own agency. My strengths are creating a cohesive team and motivating others to stay on task. I enjoy cultivating a culture of success in the workplace and pushing everyone to reach their fullest potential. Overall I am responsible for the day to day operation of the business and ensuring that patient care is at the focus of everything we do!

Kendra Diaz, RN, BSN | Clinical Manager

My first bachelor’s degree is in psychology, where I worked as a substance abuse counselor in an inpatient detox facility.  From there, I returned to school to pursue nursing and received a B.S. in Nursing, focusing on emergency nursing.  For the past year, I’ve worked with Prospect Homecare Agency, learning the ins and outs of the industry and I have grown to love this sector of nursing.  As clinical manager it is my responsibility to ensure patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately, as well as to supervise the clinical personnel.  My previous nursing experience allows me to quickly assess the clients we serve and formulate a care plan which will be in their best interest.

Christina Love | Performance Improvement Coordinator

I’ve been working in the Homecare industry for two years. I am currently a student at Regent University working towards my Bachelor’s degree in Biblical & Theological Studies. My overall duties are to improve patient safety, integrate activities to improve organization performance and reduce the risk for acquisition and transmission of infections. My passion is helping others and ensuring our patients are receiving quality care that exceeds their expectations.

Jasmine Smith | Office Manager

I’ve been working in the health care field for one year, and I find it very rewarding. I am currently studying Health Care Management at University of Maryland University College. As the Office Manager I am responsible for coordinating all office activities including, medical records, data entry, maintaining patient records, preparing for all meetings, coordinating all telephone calls and maintaining sufficient office supplies. I also assist with direct patient expenditures coordination, employee time sheets, personal records and billing liaison under the supervision of the Administrator and Program Director.

Hisham Abdelwahab | Director of Community Relations

As a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Sociology and Political science, I have worked for various non-profit organizations as well as volunteer programs in community development and outreach targeting at risk youth and marginalized populations. Being active in marketing and volunteer work, naturally Home health was a perfect fit for my skill set. For the last five years I have worked as a community liaison and Homecare coordinator in the region. I have excelled at connecting the needed services to various demographics, and making sure patients have all the resources they need for the transitional care to the home environment.  Working with top medical facilities I have put in place services to help those with minimal resources to get all the proper care and equipment they need in the arranging single patient agreements. Now as the director of Community Relations, the Prospect team and I work diligently to ensure the patients quality health care at home is in total cooperation and cohesion with their primary care physician, Hospitals, skilled nursing/rehab centers, and retirement communities.
